Project Cancellation
- Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Clients may request project cancellation by providing a written notice via email to their project manager. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and payable by the client.
- Shubpy Solutions-Initiated Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, non-cooperation, or non-payment. In such cases, the client will be notified, and any completed work will be handed over after settlement of pending dues.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we follow a milestone-based payment and delivery structure:
- Non-Refundable Services:
Payments for discovery, consulting, strategy planning, and completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds:
In cases where a project is pre-paid and cancelled before work commencement, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and processing fees.
- No Refund for Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be provided for services delivered based on approved scope, nor for delays caused by client-side non-responsiveness or change of mind after project commencement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered:
- If the project has not started within 15 days of payment, and a written request is made.
- If we fail to deliver the service due to capacity constraints or unforeseen operational limitations.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the issue arising to be eligible for consideration.
Payment Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding payments or service delivery:
- Clients are encouraged to contact our support team at support@shubpysolutions.com to resolve concerns amicably.
- We will review the dispute in good faith and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
Shubpy Solutions reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
