Shubpy isn't an agency with layers between you and the people actually writing the code. We're a small, founder-led engineering company where the same senior team plans, builds, and runs your software for the whole project. Eight years in, that team is still here, and still on call.
Why the same engineers are still here.
I started Shubpy in 2018 after seeing the same problem at every agency and outsourcing shop I'd worked with. Senior engineers won the work. Junior engineers did it. Quality slipped at every handoff.
We do it the other way around. The same senior engineers stay with your project for its whole life. The people who plan your software are the ones who build it, launch it, and pick up the phone when something breaks at 2am. Nobody gets swapped out once you've signed.
The work builds up. The trust builds up. The relationships build up. Everything else is just overhead.
Staying founder-led is a choice we made on purpose. We stay small, we turn down work we can't staff properly, and we run our own live systems so we can show you what we do instead of just talking about it.
When AI changed what software looks like, we didn't reinvent ourselves. The AI we build now rests on the same discipline as the platform work we did years ago: understand the system, work within its limits, and ship something that holds up when real people use it. The buzzwords changed. The standard didn't.
