What's your minimum engagement size?+
Phase 1 architecture & scoping engagements typically start around $12k for a two-week paid discovery. Build engagements are usually $60k+. Smaller bets we'll happily refer elsewhere.
Do you work fixed-bid or time-and-materials?+
Both, depending on scope clarity. Phase 1 is always fixed. Build phases are typically T&M against a monthly cap, with weekly demos and the option to stop at any sprint boundary.
How fast can you start?+
Discovery within 1–2 weeks. Full build start typically 3–6 weeks out depending on team availability. We don't take engagements we can't staff with senior engineers on day one.
Will the same engineers work on our project for the whole engagement?+
Yes. We don't swap engineers between the scoping call and the build. The engineers your CTO meets on day one are the ones running the work in year three.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?+
Yes to both, as a matter of course. We can also accommodate customer paper for MSAs and DPAs. We've worked under enterprise procurement before. We know the process.
Where are your engineers based?+
Primarily India (IST). We maintain a 4-hour overlap with PT and a full overlap with EMEA. Our long-form engagements include attendance at your standups and rituals.
