What's your minimum engagement size?+
Our first step, a two-week paid discovery to plan and scope the work, usually starts around $12k. Full builds are typically $60k and up. For smaller projects, we're happy to point you elsewhere.
Do you work fixed-bid or time-and-materials?+
Both, depending on how clearly defined the work is. The first discovery step is always a fixed price. Builds are usually billed for time worked against a monthly cap, with weekly demos and the freedom to stop at any point.
How fast can you start?+
Discovery within 1 to 2 weeks. The full build usually starts 3 to 6 weeks out, depending on availability. We won't take on work we can't staff with senior engineers from day one.
Will the same engineers work on our project for the whole engagement?+
Yes. We don't swap people out between the planning call and the build. The engineers you meet on day one are the same ones running things years later.
Do you sign NDAs and data agreements?+
Yes to both, as standard. We're also happy to use your own contracts and data-protection agreements. We've been through enterprise procurement before and know the drill.
Where are your engineers based?+
Mostly in India. We keep at least a 4-hour overlap with US Pacific time and full overlap with Europe. On longer projects, our engineers join your standups and meetings too.
