Websites, portals, and search for consultancies who move people, papers, and deadlines .
Country and course landing pages that get found, an application and document tracker your counsellors actually use, and the follow-up automation that stops leads going cold. Built by senior engineers in India, billed in INR with a GST invoice.
An immigration or study-abroad practice does not lose students because the advice was wrong. It loses them in the gaps: an enquiry that sat unanswered for two days, a document chased four times over WhatsApp, an intake deadline nobody was watching. I build the system that closes those gaps, and the search visibility that fills the top of it.
You are probably here because one of these is true
- Enquiries come in from every direction, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins, forms, and nobody can say which ones are still alive.
- Counsellors spend their day chasing documents and repeating status updates instead of counselling.
- Students search 'study in Canada', 'work visa requirements', 'IELTS coaching near me', and a competitor with a thinner offer ranks above you.
What we build for immigration and study-abroad practices
One senior team for the whole funnel: the pages students land on, the system your counsellors run the case in, and the automation between them.
Country, course, and visa landing pages
A structured page for every destination, programme, and visa route, written and marked up so both Google and AI assistants can answer a student's question with your page.
Eligibility check and enquiry flow
A short self-screening flow, points calculator, or profile form that qualifies the student before a counsellor picks up the phone, so the team spends its hours on the ones who can actually go.
Application and document tracker
One portal where the student sees their stage and what is still missing, and the counsellor sees every case, document, and deadline without opening a spreadsheet.
CRM, WhatsApp, and follow-up automation
Enquiries routed to the right counsellor, reminders that chase missing documents on their own, and status updates that go out without anyone typing them.
SEO, GEO, and answer-engine visibility
Ranking for the high-intent 'requirements', 'cost', 'process', and 'best consultant in' searches, and structuring your answers so AI assistants quote you when a student asks one.
Reporting and intake dashboards
Conversion by counsellor, source, country, and intake, so you know which marketing spend and which desk is actually producing enrolments.
What changes once it ships
- No enquiry goes quiet by accident, because every lead has an owner, a stage, and an automatic next touch.
- Counsellors stop chasing documents by hand, because the checklist chases them and only escalates what is genuinely stuck.
- Students stop calling for updates, because they can see their own stage, their pending documents, and what happens next.
- You get found earlier, on the destination and visa searches where the decision is still being made rather than after it is.
- You can finally answer 'which source and which counsellor actually converts', with numbers instead of a feeling.

Why consultancies stay with Shubpy
Plenty of agencies will build you a website. Here is what is actually different once the work starts.
Questions consultancies ask
The ones that come up on every first call, answered straight. If yours is not here, ask it live.
Book a strategy callWhat actually changes in the first few months?+
The first thing you feel is that enquiries stop going quiet, because every lead has an owner, a stage, and an automatic next touch instead of living in someone's WhatsApp. Soon after, counsellors get their hours back as the document chase and the status updates start running themselves. Search takes longer, three to six months for a real ranking program, but better landing pages and technical fixes usually start moving within weeks.
We already run everything on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Is that a problem?+
No, and it is the most common starting point. We usually keep WhatsApp as the channel students actually reply on and put a real system behind it, so conversations still happen there while stages, documents, and deadlines live somewhere you can report on.
Can you integrate with the CRM or portal we already pay for?+
Usually yes. If your CRM has an API we integrate rather than replace, and build only the pieces it genuinely does not do, such as the document tracker or the student-facing status view. Replacing a working system is the last option, not the first.
Can AI help with SOPs and document review?+
It can help your team draft and check faster, and we build those assists carefully: first-draft support, completeness and consistency checks, missing-document detection. What we will not build is anything that gives a student advice without a human reviewing it, because the stakes for a rejected application are too high.
How long before SEO brings us enquiries?+
Technical fixes and better landing pages can move things within weeks, but a genuine ranking program in a market this competitive is a three to six month build. We are honest about that upfront, and we report on leading indicators so you are not waiting blind.
Are you an India-based team? We prefer local billing.+
Yes. Our engineering team is in India and we bill in INR with a GST invoice for India-based consultancies, while also working with practices in North America, Europe, and the UAE.
