The challenge.

ResInnov runs market-research operations for clients around the world, so its platform has to stay fast and available through unpredictable bursts of traffic. It was doing neither. Pages were slow, navigation was complex, and the experience fell apart on mobile.

The rebuild put the right primitive at each layer: a CDN at the edge, an auto-scaling application tier, a cache to take read pressure off the database, and pooled, proxied connections so the data tier stays stable under bursts.
