The challenge.
Vryno is a unified business platform: CRM, projects, HR, e-signature, bookings, subscriptions, recruitment and more, all connected and tied into Microsoft 365. The product line is broad, and the marketing site had to do a lot at once: explain more than a dozen apps without overwhelming a first-time visitor, speak to buyers across many industries and several languages, and turn that attention into free sign-ups and demo requests.
What we built.
- Design and a custom WordPress theme. A bespoke design system and a hand-built theme, not an off-the-shelf template, so the site could carry a large product catalog and still load and read cleanly.
- A product-led structure. A homepage that routes visitors by what they want to manage (sales, projects, HRMS, bookings, subscriptions and more), with a dedicated page for each product.
- Industry and integration pages. Landing pages for individual industries, plus a Microsoft 365 integration page covering Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
- Multilingual reach. English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Italian and German versions of the site.
- SEO and content. A blog and resource hub, including country-focused CRM content, built to bring in organic search traffic.
- Conversion paths. Free-trial and demo-request forms, a help center and sales, support and partner contact routes.
Ongoing work.
Shubpy continues to maintain the site, shipping updates as the product line grows, and keeps the SEO and content work running alongside it.
